Spicy Carrot Milk

Try something a bit daring, slightly unorthodox... Add some warm spice and natural sweet crunch to your Cultured Milk!

Ingredients

  1. 1 Cup Mufaro's Cultured Milk
  2. 2 Tablespoons Clear Honey
  3. 2 Teaspoons Cinnamon
  4. 1 Carrot, grated

Method

  1. Finely grate the carrot and mix gratings in jar with honey and cinnamon, mixing well
  2. Leave to marinade for ten minutes
  3. Spoon mixture into Cultured Milk
  4. Enjoy

Tasty Tip!

*Here's a tip, to get the most flavour out of your carrots I would suggest mixing them with the cinnamon and honey separately in a jar, you may not use all of the mixture so it's always a great idea to keep it in the jar for further maturing
